Microsoft, the biggest tech cooperation, has entered the crypto space via the current leading blockchain gaming project.
Microsoft, in partnership with Enjin, one of the largest gaming community platform, has introduced Azure Heroes. Azure Heroes is a gaming reward system that uses digital collectibles through the creation of a blockchain-based recognition program.
All About Azure Heroes
According to a release statement, “Microsoft and Enjin have collaborated in a local pilot to create a blockchain based recognition programme. The Azure Heroes badgers were created in a number of original and unique designs which have been tokenized into a digital asset on the Ethereum public blockchain.”
Therefore, Azure Heroes badgers are created in different original designs that are tokenized into a digital asset on the Ethereum public blockchain.
Gamers receive rewards by taking on tasks such as creating demos, coaching, and blogging about azure after which they receive special badgers. Using the ERC 1155 protocol, every badge is tokenized and wrapped around a given amount of ENJ tokens. Badgers are not the same with some being more difficult to earn as a gamer.
Microsoft will continue to issue badgers for the different achievements until they are depleted. Blockchain tech is behind the issuance and transactions of the app, which translates to ownership of digital collectibles in the form of non-fungible token (NFT).
Enjin Versatility
Enjin has more than 30 games in addition to other service provisions. There are numerous user cases for Enjins ERC-1155 tokens. Individuals can also perform various activities such as digital name cards are easy to perform with NFTs.
Individuals can obtain these digital collectibles by scanning a QR code after which you will be presented with the option to install Enjin wallet. Its users can access this app in both Apple and Google store. Microsoft serves an enormous community and therefore, the digital collectibles are bound to reach out to large masses.
