By The Global Blockchain Summit and Shanghai International Blockchain Week is one of the most important high-level annual global conferences in the event calendar. Ever since the Global Blockchain Summit was initiated by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs in 2015 this excellent Summit has been held annually in Shanghai ever since.

And it was none other than Vitalik Buterin, founder of Ethereum who wrapped up the 5thShanghai Global Blockchain Summit in style today. His speech was extremely well received with many of the crowd choosing to delay travelling until they had heard it. With the theme of “New Decade, New Beginning this year’s summit had the goals educating about how to integrate advanced global blockchain projects and to help participants understand the true value and impact of the blockchain. And these goals were met and then some with top leaders from the blockchain industry sharing their insights on the developing trends of blockchain in the new decade with thousands of participants from around the world.

One stand-out panel discussion, New Exploration: The Future of Blockchain brought together a remarkable gathering of thought leaders and great minds from the blockchain space. In what might be a once in a lifetime session, Sergey Nazarov, Founder & CEO, Chainlink; Dawn Song, Professor at UC Berkeley & CEO, Oasis Labs; Vitalik Buterin, Founder, Ethereum & Chief Scientist, Wanxiang Blockchain Labs and Jae Kwon, Founder, Cosmos delivered an amazing session which gave attendees some great ideas on how to further use Blockchain innovation.
