Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a mobile payment method that makes use of the NFC technology or Near Field communication. You can use apple pay to pay for your purchases in any part of the world that accepts contactless payments. All you need to do is add your card to apple pay, and you make payments with a tap on your phone.
Samsung Pay
Samsung pay uses both NFC and MST (secure magnetic transmission). Samsung pay works with all terminals except for the ones where you are required to swipe a card, in a gas station.
Using both Samsung pay and apple pay ensures your card remains secure through the method of tokenization. A virtual card number is generated; thus, when making payments, the merchant will not see your actual card number. In case of loss, you can remotely wipe your gadget, keeping your card details secure.
